Four Days of Thrills and Traditions: Weber County Fair Returns Aug. 5 – 8 with New Attractions, Monster Trucks and Family Fun
24 July 2026 The Weber County Fair is back and bigger than ever, bringing four days of entertainment, community traditions and family fun to the Weber County Fairgrounds from Aug. 5 – 8, 2026. This year, fairgoers can enjoy free admission until 2:00 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, along with daily food vendor specials designed to help families save while making memories together. From rodeos and monster trucks to foam parties and Ice Age encounters, the 2026 fair offers something for every age and interest. “The Weber County Fair has always been about bringing our community together,” said Fair Director Ashton Wilson. “This year, we’re introducing exciting new attractions while making the fair more affordable than ever with free daytime admission and daily food specials. We want every family to have the opportunity to enjoy the fair, regardless of budget.” Major Entertainment Lineup The action kicks off Wednesday, Aug. 5, with the crowd-favorite Rodeo at 7:00 p.m., free with fair admission. Thursday, Aug. 6, brings roaring engines and adrenaline-pumping action with Monster Trucks, presented by Monster Truck Insanity Tour, at 7:00 p.m. (additional ticket required). On Friday, Aug. 7, guests can enjoy the strength and spectacle of the Horse Pulls at 6 p.m. (free with fair admission), followed by the high-intensity Bullfights at 8 p.m. (additional ticket required), capped off with a dazzling fireworks show. Saturday, Aug. 8, begins with the Jr. Livestock Auction at 9:00 a.m. (free with fair admission) and wraps up with the always-popular Demolition Derby at 7:00 p.m. (additional ticket required). New Attractions and Family Favorites The 2026 fairgrounds are packed with fresh experiences and returning favorites designed to entertain guests of all ages. New this year, Ice Age Encounters brings an interactive, educational adventure to the fair, offering kids an up-close look at prehistoric life — completely free to fairgoers. Also new is Foam Party Fanatics, turning up the energy with foam-filled fun for all ages. Families can enjoy the all-new Puppy Pals comedic stunt dog show, as well as Powerhouse, a dynamic percussive dance group featuring tap, clogging and high-energy rhythms on the outdoor Rec Hall stage. Adding to the excitement, Montana Action Paintball introduces an interactive inflatable paintball and gel blaster experience, free for attendees. A major highlight this year is the debut of Spokes Equestrian Odyssey, a new horse show set in the warm-up arena and expected to be one of the fair’s premier attractions. Returning favorites include Cowtown USA, an interactive petting farm with daily shows; Magical Celebrations, featuring strolling princesses, superheroes and beloved children’s characters; and Wooden Creations, where guests can watch live wood-carving demonstrations and bid on unique pieces in a silent auction. Fairgoers can also enjoy classic attractions like the Bungee Trampoline & Water Balls (additional ticket required) and explore Utah’s agricultural heritage at the Great Basin Antique Farm Machinery exhibit. For laughs and memorable moments, World’s Funnest Productions returns with an all-new stage show and a free photo booth experience, where guests can pose in imaginative scenes — from riding a giant chicken to soaring through space on a corndog. Community Fun & Daily Activities The Special Contests Tent will once again host daily interactive activities for all ages, including pickle-eating contests, chalk art, roping and more, offering families even more ways to participate in the fair. More Fun, More Value for Families New this year, admission is free until 2:00 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, allowing guests to enjoy exhibits, attractions and fair activities during daytime hours at no cost. Fair food vendors will also offer daily food specials throughout the event, providing affordable options for families looking to enjoy classic fair favorites while supporting local vendors. Additionally, WIC recipients may purchase a discounted Family Pass for $25, which includes admission for either four adults or two adults and up to four children, helping make the fair more affordable for local families.
