The Ogden Valley Planning Commission public hearing scheduled for July 14 has been cancelled and will be rescheduled shortly.
The Ogden Valley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Huntsville Town Hall, 7474 East 200 South, with a Zoom option available. Residents are encouraged to attend and continue the thoughtful engagement that has already guided the consideration of Ogden Valley’s land-use code.
The Commission will take public comment on proposed updates to Chapter 104-10 Shoreline Zone (S-1) of the City Land Use Code.
Proposal/Project Information: The proposed changes include modifications to the allowed maximum building height in the Shoreline Zone.
