Mondays: Yin Yoga at the Ogden Valley Branch Library, at 7:30 p.m. A quiet, meditative space for deep stretching & relaxation. Session focuses on long-held seated poses to target ligaments & tendons. To maintain a peaceful environment, class is best suited for adults.
