A Water Hearing with the state of Utah has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 14, 2026 for water exchange applicant Eden Crossing PWC (3718 N. Wolf Creek Dr., Eden, Utah) for Exchange Application E6743 for permission to drill and pump from Eden’s aquifer a total of 445 acre-feet of water. The application was filed August 12, 2025. The hearing will be held at the Ogden Valley Branch Library 131 South 7400 East, in Huntsville at 2:30 p.m. The hearing is open to the general public.
An additional hearing will be held for Exchange Application E6757 Wolf Creek Water and Sewer at 3:30 p.m. at the same location.
