Substitute Crossing Guards Needed

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Verl Creager will return as Valley Elementary’s crossing guard for the 2026–2027 school year. He has served our community for many years, and we are deeply grateful for his dedication. We are excited to welcome him back for another year.
When Mr. Creager is unavailable, substitute crossing guards help keep our students safe. We are currently seeking volunteers to join our substitute crossing guard pool. Training is provided so volunteers feel prepared to step in when needed.
If you can help children safely cross at 1900 North in Eden before and after school, we would appreciate your support. We hope to build a pool of four to five volunteers who can assist on an as-needed basis.
