City Welcomes New Code Enforcement Officer to Strengthen Municipal Oversight

Ogden Valley officials have announced a new partnership with Beacon Code Consultants, bringing expanded support to the city’s code enforcement operations. As part of the agreement, RaeAnn Bott has been appointed to serve as the city’s new Code Enforcement Officer.

Bott arrives with a broad and well‑rounded professional background, including past experience working as a code enforcement officer in two municipalities, prior service as a corrections officer, and a strong legal foundation through her work as a paralegal. City leaders say this combination of skills will help ensure that enforcement of the Municipal Code remains consistent, fair, and responsive to community needs.

Residents can access information about local regulations and submit complaints through the city’s Code Enforcement page at ogdenvalley.gov under the Public Safety section. The page includes links to Municipal Code information and complaint forms for those wishing to report concerns.
