Help shape a brand-new city. OVC is seeking a candidate with hands-on experience in municipal operations. For this administrator role, the candidate should have solid experience working as an administrator in municipal operations and knowledge of Utah municipal law and practices. The position will oversee contractors, volunteer staff, and other city operations, primarily including Community Development, Public Works/Engineering, and Administration/Shared Services. Reports to the Mayor. Experience in a start-up city environment and legal background are a plus. Essential to be a strong team player able to provide experienced guidance and to work productively with the mayor, elected officers, staff, and volunteers. Must be tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft 365, with demonstrated ability in planning and deploying technology and IT solutions. Up to 20 hours/week, contract basis preferred, remote-friendly position.
